Ireland, the land of green-and golf!

Golf is a year round sport in Ireland. If you are staying on the outskirts of Ireland, along the coast, there is no bad time to book your trip, the golfing will be great one day and perfect the next. The best time to book your inland golfing trip would be late spring or early fall. You will find the courses to be less crowded, it rains less than in the summer months and you will not be in the blistering sun. September is a great time, the temperatures are cool and you will find great deals from most resorts!

No matter what time of year you choose, the scenery around you is ever-beautiful!

Famous golf quotes

You can't call it a sport.  You don't run, jump, you don't shoot, you don't pass.  All you have to do is buy some clothes that don't match.

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!

This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.

What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
